Matcha questions

Is your matcha really ceremonial grade?

Yes. It's our own blend, organic and ceremonial grade.

Can I get your blend anywhere else?

No. It's made just for The Flying Spoon, so this is the only place to get it.

Is it bitter?

No. It's smooth, with a mellow finish, never bitter.

Can I get it iced?

Yes. Every matcha latte comes hot or iced, and we also make an iced strawberry matcha with house-made local strawberry syrup.

Can I get it without dairy?

Yes. Choose oat, almond or pistachio milk instead of whole milk.

Can I take it to go?

Yes. Order at the counter and take it with you.

When can I get one?

At the counter, Wed–Sun, 8am–3pm. We don't serve matcha in the evening.
